This is the coffee we ended our Greenland Dinner with:
- 2 cl whiskey (15-20 ml)
- 2 cl Kahlua (15-20 ml)
- 1.5 dl hot coffee (150 ml)
- Whipped cream
- 2 cl Grand Marnier (15-20 ml)
- Pour the whisky and kahlua into a bordeaux style red wine glass.
- Add the coffee and a good size dollop or two of whipped cream
- Light the Grand Marnier and pour over the cream.
