RECIPE: Greenlandic Coffee

This is the coffee we ended our Greenland Dinner with:

 

Greenlandic Coffee

  • 2 cl whiskey (15-20 ml)
  • 2 cl Kahlua (15-20 ml)
  • 1.5 dl hot coffee (150 ml)
  • Whipped cream
  • 2 cl Grand Marnier (15-20 ml)
Method
  1. Pour the whisky and kahlua into a bordeaux style red wine glass.
  2. Add the coffee and a good size dollop or two of whipped cream
  3. Light the Grand Marnier and pour over the cream.
